Below you’ll find the many ways we make our Festival accessible to all, including a list of accessible performances. Venue accessibility is also listed below. To book specific accessible shows or book a wheelchair performance, please email boxoffice@fringetheatre.ca or call 780-409-1910
Fringe Artists may also have specific ASL or relaxed performances. We also have t-coil loops for specific venues that are listed below alongside other venue specific access information.
Accessibility drop off and pick up, specific DATS stop is located by the Old Strathcona Farmers’ Market parking lot.

Festival Accessibility Community Meeting
Led by the Edmonton Poetry Festival
Tuesday, August 22 at 2PM at the ATB Community Patio
The Edmonton Poetry Festival is meeting with Edmonton Fringe Festival Staff, Artists, Volunteers, and Patrons to learn more about why they like to go to festivals, why they’re important, and how arts and culture festivals can be improved, particularly in regard to access and inclusion. In this conversation, we will also ask questions specifically related to both the Edmonton Fringe Festival and the Edmonton Poetry Festival.
Attending is free and the knowledge gained from this conversation will be used to help improve your future Festival experience.
This event is happening with the support of the Edmonton Community Foundation and NorQuest College.
